Last week, our executive team flew to Muscat, Oman, to participate in the inaugural edition of the Middle East Space Conference 2024, held at the Oman Convention Center.
The event aspired to stand as the foremost international gathering for space and innovation in the region, aiming to delve into Oman’s extensive potential in the space and satellite industries. Organized by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology of Oman in collaboration with Euroconsult, the objective was to position Oman as a premier hub for space opportunities within the broader region.
Throughout three-day program, the event drew the participation of over 400 business leaders and featured more than 70 distinguished speakers. Among them were top executives, decision-makers, news reporters, government representatives, and space enthusiasts. The occasion provided an unparalleled platform, fostering the formation of strategic partnerships and facilitating the exchange of forward-thinking insights.
During the conference, we were delighted to announce that our first test launch is scheduled for later this year, between July and September. This significant milestone further underscores our commitment to advancing space exploration and technology.
We are enthusiastic about the prospects that emerged from this conference and look forward to continued engagement within the dynamic landscape of the Middle East space sector.
