Horus 4Â is undergoing some improvements as our team works tirelessly to refine its design and functionality. These upgrades are bringing us closer to achieving even greater milestones in our journey to space.
Upgraded GNC System
One of our key enhancements is the addition of new components and tools to the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) system. This upgrade ensures better data processing and more precise in-flight control. As including a servo driver to produce an improved output signal to control the rocket better while in-flight.

Redesigned Landing Legs
Our landing legs have been redesigned to minimize weight while maximizing structural strength. This improvement will enhance the rocket’s landing process and enables us to get better results from the upcoming test launch.Â

A working Ground Station
Our team has managed to transmit and receive real data between Horus 4 OBC and the ground station with no data loss or technical issues.Â

The Skirt: Aerodynamics Precision
A new part called “the skirt” has been added to the base of Horus 4. This addition improves engine gimbaling movement and optimizes aerodynamics during landing, making the rocket more stable and efficient.

Why These Improvements Matter!
These upgrades not only demonstrate our commitment to innovation but also represent essential steps toward reaching orbit more reliably. With each iteration, Horus 4 continues to push the dream of building and launching space rockets from the Middle East.
Stay tuned for more updates and pictures as we push Horus 4 closer to the test pad!
